General Whitley Council Agreement: Section 32

That this House is appalled that the Secretary of State for Health has decided to end the 44 year acceptance of an independent appeals machinery for dealing with staff grievances in disputes in the National Health Service; and calls for the immediate restoration of Section 32 of the General Whitley Council agreement in line with the request of the staff side.
