Actions Of Court Colman Estates, Bridgend

That this House, concerned at the actions of Court Colman estates in the country area between Tondu Road, Bridgend, and Llangewydd Road which have brought local authority enforcement notices, recognises the fears of the residents of Penyfai and Cefn Glas that the substantial roads being built are not for agricultural purposes but the prelude to a planning application for residential development; acknowledges that terrified residents in the Cefn Glas, Llangewydd Road and Barnes Avenue areas bitterly state they have been threatened by Court Colman estates; and calls on the Secretary of State for Wales to investigate the circumstances surrounding the developments being carried out by Court Colman estates as a matter of urgency by meeting officers and members of the Ogwr Borough Council and the agent and owners of Court Colman estates.
