at end add 'but regrets that the report was subsequently returned, thus depriving honourable Members of a valuable, uncensored account of sustained fraud on an unprecedented scale, described by Price Waterhouse as "widespread fraud and manipulation of accounting records conducted in collusion with major customers and shareholders"; commends the honourable Member for Hackney South and Shoreditch for his concern about proper Parliamentary scrutiny; and calls on the Government to place a motion on the Order Paper to enable the facility of depositing papers in the Library of the House to be used by all honourable Members. '.
