leave out from 'House' to end and add 'welcomes the visit to Britain of the President of Peru, Alberto Fujimori, from 5th to 7th February; recognises the work he has done as Head of State; notes that he is the third successive Head of State in Peru who has been democratically elected to office; congratulates President Fujimori on the economic policies he is pursuing, and the good dialogue he has established with the international financial institutions; recognises that the human rights situation in Peru is not perfect; but also recalls that Sendero Luminoso seek to overthrow by violent means the democratically elected government of Peru with the consequent strains on the administration of the country.'.
