Sale Of Torture And Death Equipment

That this House welcomes the publication of the Amnesty International Report entitled Repression Trade (UK) Ltd.; and urges Her Majesty's Government to outlaw the sale by British firms of equipment which can only be used for torture, or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, or for the purpose of execution.
