That this House welcomes the work being done by Scottish Co-operatives Development Company (SCDC) in creating a pro-active initiative to convert Scottish companies in receivership/liquidation into phoenix or rescue worker co-operatives thus saving many jobs in a cost effective manner; and commends the initiative to the rest of the United Kingdom.
