Continuing Presence Of Soviet Troops In The Baltic States
EDM number 362 in 1991-92, proposed by David Knox on 09/12/1991.
That this House expresses its concern at the continuing presence of tens of thousands of Soviet troops, and other armed forces, in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, and considers that, having recognised the independence of the Baltic States, those in command of these forces should make firm commitments with the Governments of the Baltic States about their early withdrawal.
This motion has been signed by a total of 19 MPs.
