Evening Question Time On Mondays

That this House calls upon the Select Committee on Procedure to consider a change in the arrangements on Mondays to allow Question Time to be taken in the evening in view of the serious difficulties which many honourable Members now experience in reaching the House as a result of the inadequacy or virtual collapse of the public transport system.
