That this House condemns the company Stagecoach Holdings Ltd. for its blatant anti-trade union and anti-worker approach in its industrial relations practices, fully illustrated by its actions against staff in EMMS, which have seen a total disregard of all signed collective agreements between its employees, de-recognition of its trade unions both at local and national levels and the withdrawal of all facilities for trade union members and their representatives at the workplace, together with a multitude of incidents which have seen workers in the company intimidated, harassed and subject to a number of cases of discrimination against them; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to condemn such bad and evil practices by an employer whose workforce strive continuously to provide good, clean, safe and essential bus services to Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and parts of the South Yorkshire area.
