That this House warmly supports the expressed views of the honourable Member for the Vale of Glamorgan, when he congratulated the Secretary of State for Wales and his predecessor, the Right honourable Member for Worcester, on their `enlightened outlook' and their success in bringing record levels of inward investment to Wales; and applauds the honourable Member's criticism of the `moans and groans' of the Welsh Labour Party.
