That this House welcomes the national lobby of Parliament, organised by the Friends of Kashmir; is outraged at the grave human rights violations inflicted upon the people of Jammu and Kashmir; believes, in the interests of humanity, the rule of law and their own credibility, the Indian Government should permit reputable international organisations, such as Amnesty International and the Red Cross, to investigate human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir; and believes there will be no end to violence and unrest in Jammu and Kashmir until and unless all the parties concerned accede to the longstanding and legitimate demand of the people of all parts of Jammu and Kashmir for the right of self determination.
