Conduct Of The Honourable Member For Torbay
EDM number 230 in 1991-92, proposed by Kim Howells on 21/11/1991.
That this House is becoming increasingly irritated by the use of the Order Paper by the honourable Member for Torbay for motions concerning his dealings with Mirror Group newspapers; and believes that his troubles could have been prevented if, prior to making allegations, he had made more effort to check the claims of an author who has now admitted that recent charges against Mirror Group journalists were the result of a hoax perpetrated by a well known conman.
This motion has been signed by a total of 15 MPs.
