EVENING STANDARD'S INSULT TO SCOTS

That this House recognises that humour is necessary in politics; considers however,that Jak's Evening Standard cartoon of 18th November is objectionable, particularly as it includes a number of deceased honourable Members in a list of Scots for deportation; calls on the editor to apologise for this offence to relatives; and urges its readers to buy an alternative newspaper.
