leave out from 'peasants' to end and add 'but recognises that this was a "con-trick" perpetrated for the purpose of enslaving the Soviet people and other peoples in Eastern Europe by corrupt power seekers who had no interest in raising the condition of the people; furthermore notes that in every country where socialism has been imposed workers rights and freedoms were trampled upon and shortages of food developed; and calls upon all those members of the Labour Party who admired the old corrupt socialist regimes of the USSR and Eastern Europe to come out, declare themselves and apologise.'.
