Conduct Of The Hon. Member For Dartford

EDM number 972 in 1990-91, proposed by Max Madden on 17/06/1991.

That this House deplores the fact that, in the very week in which the Serjeant at Arms has been taking action to protect the privacy of Members' home addresses in the interests of security, the honourable Member for Dartford has seen fit to table a Motion attacking one of his local councillors, Councillor Mike Crosby, identifying the councillor's home address in that Motion and thus putting Councillor Crosby's family at risk; and calls upon the honourable Member to apologise for this discourtesy and gross error of judgement.
