Claimants For Invalid Care Allowance

That this House notes that considerable time, effort and expense has gone into the design and production of the new 36 page Invalid Care Allowance Pack (DS700); further notes that its claims form is divided into 18 parts with six of those parts posing 100 questions about a claimant's employment, compared with eight such questions in the old form; believes that the pack is designed to look impressive whilst deterring claims from being made, and that it ought to be replaced forthwith.
