That this House welcomes the launch of 'Communicating Quality", a guide to professional standards published by the College of Speech and Language Therapists; and recognises that it represents a milestone on the long road to ensuring a quality service that meets the needs of the two and a half million people with communicating difficulties, the National Health Service, the many referral agencies and the profession itself.
