leave out from 'House' to end and add 'welcomes the considerable improvements made to the A470 and A483 since 1979, costing ú113 million in the case of the A470 and ú65 million in respect of the A483; further welcomes the fact that 21 additional schemes are in progress or planned for the A470 at a cost of ú90 million and 5 more schemes for the improvement of the A483 costing ú20 million including the Welshpool relief road; and deprecates the failure of some honourable Members to appreciate the facts related above.'.
