That this House is appalled at the prospect of General Pinochet visiting Britain; recalls his complicity in the murder of President Allende in 1973 and the death and torture of many thousands of others in the following 16 years; and believes he is one of the most evil men in the world and that he should not be allowed to visit Britain.
