CHANNEL 4 TELEVISION PROGRAMME 'CABINET'

That this House applauds Channel 4 Television for its decision to screen 'Cabinet', part of the banned Secret Society series by Duncan Campbell; calls on the Ministry of Defence to confirm information contained therein regarding the use of the Civil Service for party political and anti-CND ends; and demands that, if this is confirmed, the then responsible Minister, who is now Secretary of State for the Environment, should resign forthwith.
