South African Political Prisoners And Visit Of President De Klerk (No.3)

That this House calls on the State President of South Africa to release the 1,300 political prisoners held in South Africa, in clear breach of the agreement reached with the African National Congress on 6th August 1990, and strongly urges him to release Patrick M.
