Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'commends the Government of India on the continuous efforts to find a political solution to the conflicts and unrest in the state of Jammu and Kashmir; trusts that issues between India and Pakistan will be settled constructively, with human rights problems resolved, within the framework of the Simla Agreement of 1972; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to use its best endeavours to achieve these ends.'.
