Cornwall And The County Rugby Championship

That this House congratulates Cornwall on reaching the final of the County Rugby Championship which is to be held at Twickenham on Saturday 20th April; notes that Cornwall's allocation of 25,000 tickets have all been sold and that many of the tickets purchased from other sources have been by people and organisations with Cornish connections; acknowledges that there is tremendous pride in this Cornish rugby achievement and interest throughout the Duchy in the game on Saturday next; and calls upon the Chairman of the BBC to relax the conditions of the BBC's contract with the RFU as he did in the case of Cornwall's semi-final match so as to allow Television South West to televise the game live for the benefit of viewers living in Television South West's catchment area who are not able to attend the County final.
