Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'commends the Government of India on its continuous efforts to find a political solution to the conflicts and unrest in the State of Jammu and Kashmir; trusts that issues between India and Pakistan will be settled constructively within the framework of the Simla Agreement of 1972 which followed the 1948 UN resolution and calls on Her Majesty's Government to use its best endeavours to achieve these ends.
