That this House views with great concern the current situation in Yugoslavia; urges Her Majesty's Government to take steps to support the forces of moderation in that country and in particular the attempts by the Federal Government to resolve differences peacefully and to secure democratic government; and to that end further urges Her Majesty's Government to encourage stability by recognising and supporting the Yugoslav Federal Government's attempt to secure greater association with international institutions aimed at greater European unity.
