HASSELBLAD'S FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY

That this House congratulates the Hasselblad Camera Company of Sweden on reaching its 50th anniversary; recognises the contribution of Victor Hasselblad to engineering, photography and camera design; regrets that Victor Hasselblad died before the 50th anniversary, but nevertheless welcomes an ever improving product because of his dedication to the art and science of photography; and calls upon the Minister for the Arts to recognise Hasselblad's 50th anniversary.
