That this House, noting the complete incapacity of Conservative Whips to control the rowdy behaviour of their colleagues during poll tax debate on 13th March, suggests that the Conservative Chief Whip seek advice from honourable Members whose former occupations gave them experience in dealing with disruptive behaviour.
