Light Dues On Pleasure Craft

That as the British Ports Federation have concluded that the introduction of a flat rate annual payment of light dues on pleasure craft cannot be achieved without the imposition of a compulsory registration scheme, this House calls upon the Government to ignore this unworkable, unfair and unreasonable proposal and consider the complete abolition of light dues in line with the rest of Europe.
