Stormseal Upvc Windows Ltd

That this House condemns the actions of the owners of Stormseal UPVC Windows Ltd. in withholding the payment of thousands of pounds of wages of their employees as a consequence of the Board of Directors placing the company in the hands of a receiver; strongly condemns Mark and Michael Sweeney, the owners of the company, for the intimidation of their employees and refusing them the right to join and be represented by a trade union; and further congratulates Mr Jim Dobbin, the Labour Party candidate for Bury North, for his forethought and concern in taking up the plights of the employees of Stormseal UPVC Ltd.
