That this House warmly congratulates Mary Robinson, a woman with an unrivalled record on civil rights, particularly the rights of women and children, on her magnificent victory in the election for the Irish Presidency; and further congratulates all the women of Ireland, who, in her words, rocked the system rather than the cradle.
