Conduct Of The Hon Member For Angus East (No. 2)

That this House wonders how a genuine and honest mistake by an honourable Member can be compared with the action of the honourable Member for Angus East, who reported the honourable Member for North Tayside in 1988, thus demonstrating his awareness of the rules governing the use of House of Commons notepaper and pre-paid envelopes, and who in 1991 deliberately and blatantly broke the rules, thus demonstrating his complete lack of respect for the rule of law.
