Jazz For Romania

EDM number 431 in 1990-91, proposed by Emma Nicholson on 06/02/1991.

That this House wishes to express its appreciation for the valued support of the musicians and artists who so generously contributed their great talents to Jazz for Romania, a concert to benefit the Parliamentary Appeal for Romanian Children held on Wednesday 6th February, at the Regent Palace Hotel; thanks Roy Budd, Ferguson Jazz and Jazz Fm for their help in sponsoring such a worthy cause; also thanks all of the workers and volunteers who helped make the event such a success; and appreciate the effort put forth by the above mentioned individuals and sponsors.
