At end add 'and calls on the Government to include in those regulations an exemption from poll tax for all those reservists from Northern Ireland who because of the Gulf war have been either called up or volunteered for military service, and are serving in Great Britain, since they are liable for rates on their property in Northern Ireland, and make arrangements for a payment to be made to such persons equal to the average poll tax paid in Great Britain in order to place those service men and women as nearly as possible on an equal financial footing with their fellow citizens from Great Britain.'.
