Conditions In Romania

That this House views with great concern the report of the Jubilee Campaign Group, recently returned from Romania, that young children in hospital in Lugoj are being denied adequate food, water and basic medicines, available in some quantity within the hospital but retained for staff and private patients; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to make urgent representations to the Romanian Government requesting them to ensure that this practice ceases.
