Low Flying In Wales
EDM number 1234 in 1990-91, proposed by Dafydd Wigley on 14/10/1991.
That, in view of the numerous instances of near disasters caused by the crashing of low flying aircraft in Wales, and the recent fatal mid-air collision near Carno, Powys; and in recognition of the fear and intrusion caused to people and animals by low flying in Wales, this House calls on the Government to ban forthwith all low flying over Wales.
