Structure Of Local Government Review

That this House welcomes the Secretary of State for the Environment's review of the structure of local government and the case for the major cities, including Leicester; and calls upon the Secretary of State to publish a decision on the recent submission to his Department from those representing the City of Leicester and others at the earliest opportunity, to allow those cities to plan properly for the future.
