Leave out from 'Majesty' to end and add 'drawing attention to the considerable number of small businesses that have obtained finance under the Business Expansion Scheme, that over 2,000 new companies employing over 20,000 employees have received finance under the Business Expansion Scheme and that the raising of the maximum limit from ú500,000 to ú750,000 will greatly assist many small companies to obtain equity finance for expansion and to continue to expand employment opportunities.
