That this House expresses its congratulations to the Inter-Parliamentary Union on holding a successful 83rd Conference in Nicosia where, at the suggestion of the British Group, the drug abuse debates were supplemented by a question and answer session with United Nations officials which led to a strongly worded motion that was unanimously supported by delegates from all over the world.
