That this House warmly welcomes the visit of President Vaclav Havel of Czechoslovakia, congratulates him on his long and courageous commitment to human rights and freedom in Central Europe; wishes him the same international success in practical political work as he has already achieved in the field of drama and literature; and hopes that his vision of a Europe without military blocs will be an inspiration to all other European politicians and people.
