That this House notes with alarm that ú500,000 has been diverted to paramilitary groups in Northern Ireland as a result of sub-contracting; calls on the Government urgently to review its policy towards the Property Services Agency and privatisation; and further recalls that the Secretary of State for the Environment and the Minister in charge of privatising the Property Services Agency and the Crown Suppliers sought to assure the House and the Standing Committee that privatisation would not affect security.
