Testing Of Cosmetics On Animals

That this House calls on Her Majesty's Government to resist proposals by the European Commission to make the testing of all cosmetics on animals compulsory; and believes that every citizen of the Community should have the right to choose to use cosmetics which have not been tainted by such barbaric testing methods.
