Government Support For Khmer Rouge (No.2)

EDM number 670 in 1989-90, proposed by Martin Redmond on 07/03/1990.

That this House supports Coventry Citizens' call upon Her Majesty's Government, for reasons of basic humanity as well as justice, to withdraw support and recognition from the Khmer Rouge (in whatever guise it may present itself) and to do everything possible to ensure the lifting of the current economic and diplomatic boycott of Cambodia, so that economic, scientific, educational and medical assistance may be sent to her people.

This motion has been signed by a total of 15 MPs.
