Congleton Borough Council And The Honourable Member For Congleton

That this House congratulates Liberal Democrat-led Congleton Borough Council on being recognised as the most litter conscious local authority in the North West Region as indicated in the BBC North West Region programme on Tuesday 16th January and supports the remarks of the honourable Member for Congleton who described that council as being a well-managed, low-spending council.
