That this House congratulates the organisers of the Save the NHS Campaign and their colleagues from SOS Million Signature Campaign; welcomes their lobby on 1st March highlighting the general public's disapproval of the NHS Bill; condemns the Government's failure to provide a firm commitment to the basic principle of health care for all, irrespective of ability to pay; and calls for an assurance that no patient will be turned away from treatment under the proposed prescriptive budget arrangements.
