That this House notes the comments of the Czechoslovakian Finance Minister, Mr Vaclav Klaus, that he wishes to create a 'market economy with no adjectives' in Czechoslovakia; congratulates Mr Klaus on his statement that he is proud to be described as a Friedmanite', after Milton Friedman, of the University of Chicago; and further notes that Mr Klaus wishes to abandon socialist economics and has introduced the Thatcherite policies of privatisation, deregulation and competition.
