Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'recognises the acclaim which the Prime Minister has received as a stateswomen of international standing; congratulates her for maintaining her firm convictions in the face of hostile and sometimes undignified criticism; acknowledges that these policies have brought the United Kingdom a decade of unprecedented prosperity; notes the recent conversion of the Opposition to a nuclear defence policy against previous non-nuclear principles; and looks forward to congratulating the Prime Minister when she is named Stateswomen of the Nineties.'.
