British Passport Holders In South Africa

That this House notes that up to one million British passport holders live in South Africa; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government clearly to define its position in relation to the return to the United Kingdom of these passport holders should large numbers wish to settle in the United Kingdom in the near future because of changing political circumstances.
