Dress In The Chamber

EDM number 51 in 1989-90, proposed by John Cummings on 23/11/1989.

That this House notes with interest the rapid conversion in taste for colour from blue to red among Right honourable and honourable Conservative Members, as evidenced on the first day of the televising of the House; and believes that the change of colour indicates a decline of support for the failed policies of Her Majesty's Government and an indication of support for the progressive policies of Her Majesty's Opposition.

This motion has been signed by a total of 9 MPs.
