Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'recalls that the recent election of of President Cristiani of El Salvador was declared to be fair by international observers; considers that its government is entitled to claim assistance in coping with terrorism from whatever source; deplores the resort to violence by the FMLN against the democratically elected government; and condemns the Nicaraguan provision of arms for that purpose.
