Leave out from 'notes' to end and add 'that the honourable Member for Stirling declined the invitation from Mrs Sillars to appear on the Channel 4 programme Scottish Eye on 10th February, but notes that the honourable Member for Stirling has agreed to take part in a whole programme for Scottish Eye to be broadcast on Saturday 17th February; commends the Greater Glasgow Health Board for its inventive style of management; and further notes that competitive tendering has released ú30 million over three years of additional resources for patient care in Glasgow and that 60 per cent. of the savings have been achieved by the in-house workforce which now has nearly two thirds of the contracts. '.
